Digital landscape has been changing rapidly and with more consumers logging onto the digital space, the big data world is influencing both insights and execution. To accelerate learning in this space, the right infrastructure, team and agency partners are required decode the rapidly evolving consumer behaviors and leverage advanced media solutions to help develop successful brands, products and contents.


Hence, we have created this new position – Digital Manager to cover the existing and new spectrum of both media and content. In this position, you will report to APAC director for Digital acceleration, media and analytics. The job essentially covers three areas:

Infrastructure– Developing the right infrastructure to enable agile media and content optimization
Innovate – Drive new thinking in the area of leveraging digital data to drive footfalls to our preferred customers.
Media specialist - Lead the ASEAN and Japan Media strategy and execution with partners
Insight mining  – Leverage search back approach to drive consumer insights to win in breakfast and snacking occasions for our brands.



In your role as a Senior Brand Manager at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:
  • Digital lead for Pringles business – Strategy to execution responsibility
  • Building good rapport with the agency partners
  • Share and re-apply best practices across markets
  • Build infrastructure to enable agile decision making in media and content
  • Lead the KUBE acceleration for Pringles in APAC and then cascade to other markets
  • Drive Media efficiency across markets
  • Customer led activation – 7/11 geo-targeted shopper activation etc
  • Work on consumer insight basis social and search data
  • Create AI based content learning hub to improve effectiveness of our communication
  • Manage performance marketing ( E-commerce execution in SEA)
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Brand Marketing to be considered for this position, you must be able to meet the following requirements (Requirement):

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Extensive experience in marketing with experience in a supervisory role
  • Substantial experience in product management or related experience
  • Demonstrated strength in marketing competencies with particular strength in positioning, brand development, innovation and project leadership
  • Ability to simplify, visualize and bring out key insights from a large amount of data; to bring knowledge to life in a compelling way that drives action
  • Excellent written and oral communicator who can work smoothly with internal/ external partners at various stages of the projects, from objective alignment to action agreement
  • Strong digital skills – working knowledge on digital analytics tools (e.g. Google analytics, Google Adwords, FB power editor etc )
