The Excellence through Information team is looking for a Global Digital Insights Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for unlocking the company's global and local (digital) touchpoint data sources and transforming the data into actionable insights that enable data driven decision making. As part of one of the 'enablers' teams (data & tech) of the Growth through Engagement department, it is your job to supply the touchpoint teams with the insights & recommendations that will help maximize the impact Danone makes in the 1000 days journey of her consumers (parents) and be the brand of first choice in every step of the journey.
In this role, you will be actively involved in key global data & analytics projects and you will strongly collaborate with various internal and external partners such as the global Early Life Nutrition (ELN) departments, local markets (CBUs), central IT organization and agencies to support this transformation. Together with your colleagues you will help Danone ELN become world class in data & analytics, across the entire organization.

Responsibilities (About The Job):

  • Analyze global & local consumer touchpoint data sources to identify insights that will help the touchpoint teams make more impact.
  • Translate complex data into simple concepts, combining your data & analytics skills with a curiosity and passion for data storytelling & consumer journeys.
  • Participate in key global projects as the consumer touchpoint data & analytics stakeholder working with multiple internal & external partners.
  • Be the go-to person for your global ELN colleagues for all matters related to consumer touchpoint data.


Requirements:

  • MS/BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or related
  • Proven working experience in the field of (digital) data & analytics
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Ability to relay analytical insights to (senior) business stakeholders with various levels of data & analytics knowledge
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working with data visualization and analytical software & tools
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint for producing analysis reports & presentations
  • Good (English) communication skills
  • Experience with consumer journey/user experience analytics
  • Experience working in a FMCG company with multiple global & local stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a rapid paced environment on multiple global projects with many stakeholders.
