Job description :

The Digital Transformation Manager is responsible for developing the digital blueprint for Burger King, and managing day-to-day digital strategies and providing reports and analysis to demonstrate effective ROI to key Industry stakeholders. You will need to have a healthy dose of creativity to define the blueprint and be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and Implementation. You will be the leader at the forefront as this role would require strong collaboration across various teams and be the focal point for all stakeholders nearly in all functions.

The role reports to the General Manager and YOU are responsible for the following -

Responsibilities:
  • Develop blue print for digital transformation projects.
  • Develop and identify digital initiatives/ ventures to drive Burger King’s growth.
  • Plan and execute projects to achieve project deliverables
  • Ensure brand standards and messages are reflected appropriately in all projects.
  • Build and manage existing digital projects for the company including self-ordering Kiosk, mobile applications (Burger King's mobile applications).
  • Perform market research and identify trends & insights for the business.
  • Collaborate with external agencies / vendors relevant to digital transformation projects.
  • Leverage and shape existing content for different market segments and distribution channels
  • Formulating market strategies and budgetary plan to suit projects to achieve growth targets
  • Ensure data protection policies are strictly adhered to.
  • Measure the performance of all projects and report ROI analysis to the Management.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondanI/Pre-U/A level/College,
  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post
  • Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
  • position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Digital Marketing, E-commerce or equivalent. A self-starter, Creative thinker, experience in creating contents for business needs.
  • Knowledge in creating and executing project management skills are required
  • Drive analytics to maximise projects performance
