Job description :

Reporting to Regional Marketing Communications Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive will be supporting and delivering high-quality digital marketing performance in the ASEAN region within timeline and budget. The candidate should possess adequate technical knowledge to oversee the implementation of the digital platforms, strong analytical abilities to manage/report on the digital activities.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, You Will fulfill, but not limited to, the following roles and responsibilities:
  • Assist the Regional Digital Marketing Manager in the planning, preparation, buying, execution and tracking of the digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Team, ASEAN team and Global Digital Centre of Excellence team on digital initiatives.
  • Be at the forefront of Digital knowledge (focusing on SEM, Display, Programmatic, Social Media and Analytics) and competitive situation by keeping up to date with industry news and developments.
  • Manage the project timeline, quality, budget and resources based on PDCA cycle.
  • Manage external vendors and source sponsors/partners in relation to advertising, promotions, direct mailing, collaterals production, digital development & events.
  • Manage the technical updates of the Microsite, web banners, EDM and Social Media (depending on campaign needs)
  • Ensure and maintain brand consistency in the online communications.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence on industry trends and competitors’ products on a regular basis
  • Managing internal processes to support Marketing operations.
We’d Love to Hear from People With (Requirements)
  • Diploma in Marketing or IT or related field with 1-2 years of digital marketing experience
  • Relevant experience in IT Hardware/Peripherals brand management will be a plus
  • Digital marketing knowledge qualification preferred
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication, process orientation and problem-solving skills with multiple clients/vendors/projects
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Photoshop preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred for making digital reporting.
  • Familiar with data mining tools is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate with little direct supervision
  • Great interpersonal skills. Good team player.
