Job description :

  • Provide strategic direction and execution of all communication materials for the assigned portfolios Maintain and refresh the branding and visual identity guidelines of the assigned brand. Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials (online & offline) and activities.
  • Conduct market research on competitive services and firms. Develop and maintain content including videos and photographs of assigned portfolios on company’s website and where required.
  • Create and update collaterals, presentations, brochures, product sheets, fact sheets, case studies, white papers, web contents, newsletters, signage, ads and sales tools. Create various marketing materials to be used across various media platforms, developing creative concepts for consideration.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that help to promote the respective brands, promote their offerings and develop advocates. Explore, recommend, use and optimize communication methods, vehicles and technologies to engage audiences and market segment.
  • Work closely with GMs and Corporate/Field Sales to develop new campaigns for the respective market segment. Responsible for art directing, storyboarding and message development for creative design work for various online and offline ads, signage and marketing materials. Work on marketing tools in support of field sales teams for their events such as tradeshows, customer and partner events, industry events, sales training sessions and other corporate events.
  • Direct PR agencies to develop PR strategies and activities to build and enhance the brand values of the hotels and service residences under his/her charge. Activities include but not limited to, media familiarization, media enquiries, media giveaways, media events, media engagement etc. Under the direction of the Head of Marketing Communications, will receive work assignments based on current/adhoc campaign plans.
Requirement:

  • Organized, detailed-oriented and sensitive to deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Experience in managing external agencies such as PR, creative and media, and external vendors and partners such as printers, publishing house etc.
  • Excellent written and spoken English are a must. Good written and spoken Mandarin will be a plus (in order to liaise with the Mandarin speaking associates).
  • Must be proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc
  • Three or more years’ of experience in Marketing/Public Relations within a reputable hotel brand, chain or equivalent, with at least 1 year experience of managing a direct report
  • Proven media relations experience. Knowledge of online marketing will be helpful.
