About the Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, self-motivated and a high performing Brand Manager looking to take the next step in their career. The candidate will have the opportunity to identify new opportunities using consumer insights and category trends, develop and execute these projects across categories and countries. The role reports into the Head of White Space Innovations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify need gaps and opportunities, validate with consumers and develop products for key countries across categories
  • Work with creative agencies, packaging agency, and flavor houses, to bring ideas to life
  • Manage NPD process and deliver projects OTIF working with cross functions across countries
  • Work with agencies to develop the marketing mix for launch
  • Manage monthly marketing spend and reporting to a high level of accuracy.
Requirements:

You need to be passionate, display high levels of creativity along with a sharp business acumen, good at working with teams, ability to work with cross functional teams across countries, and an indomitable drive to make things happen.
