The role is of particular strategic importance to us. You will have a strong influence on the success of our company by devising and rolling out on-brand, compelling and effective content and by supporting the marketing team with agility and competency in all areas. You will work with cross-functional teams across sales, public relations, legal, product development, engineering and more, gluing together all these disciplines into the perfect pitch to the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Your mission is to help to build the foundations of a strong marketing practice, evaluating, testing and implementing the necessary processes, frameworks and digital tools to ensure smooth-running, consistently excellent internal and external communications. Digital is your passion. You’ll see it as a way of life and a revenue growth driver. You’ll draw on best practices throughout the industry, and on the experts and technical resources available in house, to create effective growth (lead generating) campaigns. You will manage the owned assets of Ctrlshift and assist in industry & employee engagement programmes and content creation. You will execute on all aspects of digital marketing including strategy and production for social media, content, SEM, SEO, website management/development and copy development for all collateral.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • At least four years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in an advertising or media agency setting, and relish the challenge of translating a technically complex ad tech / media product into something relatable. 
  • Experience and knowledge of audience, partner or product marketing within a consultative/solution selling model led or contributed to the full life cycle of a digital marketing campaign. 
  • Have overseen the production of digital assets (content assets, website, etc) from ideation to publication
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences exceptional program, project and time management skills – highly organized, detail focused, results-driven, accountable independent, self-starter who can prioritize and drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervision 
  • excellent command of written and spoken English with a high standard of of copywriting ability; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesian, Bahasa Malaysian, Mandarin or Thai would be advantageous but not necessary 
  • Proficiency in MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
