Grab for Business (GfB) is the B2B team within Grab that helps to simplify business transportation and related corporate services for companies across Southeast Asia. We actively engage with a wide network of companies across the region and want to ensure that client success is paramount in our organisation. To this end, we are looking for a strong Market Development Executive in our Grab for Business Singapore team to operationally anchor and grow the market development of an expanding business.

To perform this role well candidate needs to have strong communication skills, a passion and willingness to succeed in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, a background in lead generation, marketing campaigns and partnerships, the ability to create and follow processes, and a track record of exceeding expectations.


The Role:
• You will report to the Account Operations Lead, GfB Singapore Market Development
• Identify, develop and present options to expand the potential market for GfB.
• Align with GfB managers and Grab country marketing teams to develop a quarterly marketing calendar in line with overall objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget, ROI tracking and quarterly financial reconciliation.
• Create tactical campaigns and strong partnerships that drive consideration and inspire action from our target audience. This could include, but is not limited to, online/offline lead generation, event management / participation, EDM campaigns, local branding campaigns and affiliate / referral marketing.
• Devise marketing promos and loyalty programs to activate new users and engage existing users.
• Perform industry, competitive ,campaign and customer analysis to inform our strategy and activities across functions.
• Become the CRM champion for the team and train all team members. Conduct pipeline analysis, extract insights and report to the Country Lead to increase go-to-market efficiency
• Ensure sales & account management teams maintain data integrity on CRM | Implement SOPs | Account Planning and track up-sell & cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
• Work Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in either branding, tactical lead generation and campaign activation, online / offline marketing or event management within a fast-paced and competitive B2B, enterprise or corporate environment.
• Should have experience in marketing planning, media buying and media management, dealing with CRM systems and related data analysis. Proven track record in building and driving SOPs and best practices. High level ability to deal with multiple campaigns, ROI based data analysis, extract insights and increase the operational efficiency of the business.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively network with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Communication: Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly.
• Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment. Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties.
• Proficiency in customer experience tools (CRM tools, reporting dashboards)
• Strong in data analysis (MS Office, Google Docs / Sheets / Slides) and presentation skills.
