Data Analyst, Onsite & Personalisation
Sephora SEA is seeking to hire an Onsite Data Analyst, who will be responsible for driving the analysis of onsite performance tracking across all digital platforms for Sephora SEA regionally, as well as providing analytical support for Onsite projects.
You are highly analytical, fast thinking, and have experience in e-commerce data analysis. Joining a dynamic and data-driven team, you will be an important contributor to our e-commerce optimization strategy and efforts focusing on maximizing conversion rate and engagement rate.
What you will do
- Manage onsite metrics tracking and performance reporting,
- Formulate insights on customer behaviour and trends on Sephora e-commerce platforms,
- Define new ways to measure performance and customer journeys,
- Be the custodian of Onsite data sets; ensuring onsite reports/analyses are built on consistent data sets,
- Build and maintain reports on our data visualization platform.
Requirements
- University degree preferably in Ecommerce / Business / Analytical disciplines
- Strong analytical abilities
- Experience in SQL and Google Analytics
- Experience in e-commerce analytics is a big plus
- Experience in data visualization platforms like Domo, Tableau and Qliksense is a plus
- Passion and knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus
- Strong logical thinking and reasoning skills
