Analyst/Senior Analyst, HR Analytics at Sephora South East Asia

The Analyst/Senior Analyst will be an integral team member in the digitalization of the HR organization. The role will focus on providing actionable HR insights to the HR team and broader organization whilst driving process improvement and automation within the HR team.


Responsibilities

Analytics

  • Support the transformation of the HR organization in becoming a digital HR organization
  • Analyze and interpret large and diverse data sets, trends and results to provide actionable insights for HR and the organization
  • Build models and establish frameworks which provides forward looking insights in HR trends
  • Work closely with various business teams (eg. BI, Data team, Perf Marketing etc) to build and ensure business data is integrated into HR data
  • Work closely with the HR Systems/Technology team to build a close loop data ecosystem for easy data retrieval and analytical processing
  • Drive continuous improvement HR projects (eg. Reporting automation)
  • Manage and maintains local HR analytics platforms

Reporting

  • Prepare regular (monthly, annual) dashboards on HR matrices
  • Support the preparation of key HR matrices and insights for HR decks in management reviews
  • Work with the various HR teams in building and review HR matrices
  • Work with the HR Sytems/Technology team in ensuring alignment of data definitions, governance, reporting periods etc to drive accuracy of reporting among HR team

Requirements

  • Degree in relevant fields
  • At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in analytics, exposure into the HR field is a preferred advantage
  • Highly proficient in analytical and reporting tools eg. Excel, Python, SQL
  • Familiar with data visualization tools, eg. Domo, Qilk View, PowerBI
  • Hands-on, meticulous, analytical and has a strong problem solving mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with good organization skills
  • Independent, self-starter and able to thrive in a fast pace and dynamic environment
