Responsibilities:

As the Senior Paid Search Specialist you’ll be a part of the demand generation team and responsible for maintaining and growing our search channel in APAC. You will collaborate with the global paid search manager to optimize existing and develop new campaigns for the APAC region. The ideal candidate must be able to think strategically and execute flawlessly, and have a proven track record of delivering results. This is an opportunity for a take-charge, technically sophisticated, analytical but highly creative marketer, to make a huge difference in the growth of a fast, exciting company.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support and expand our APAC paid search efforts on Google to generate brand awareness and new leads
  • Work with agency in China on Baidu campaigns and strategy
  • Working with the Japan Digital specialist to get local insights and use them to optimize campaigns
  • Team up with localization and international marketing managers across APAC to ensure search advertising goals specific to each region are being met.
  • Research target audience, competitors, and industry trends in each region and define best practices for regionalization across digital efforts.
  • Conduct keyword and audience research to find new opportunities to grow market share.
  • Develop a search ad copy test strategy for APAC, execute, and monitor across ad campaigns to optimize for clicks and conversions.
  • Collect and analyze data from search platforms, web analytics, and CRM database to evaluate campaign performance, make recommendations, and implement accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deploy effective, scalable campaigns.
  • Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation within this rapidly changing landscape, regularly sharing your knowledge with the team.
  • Stay current with new advances in online marketing, competitive landscape, and keyword research and evaluating the latest tools.


Requirements


  • Experienced. 6+ years running paid search campaigns, preferably in a B2B technology environment.
  • Language Proficiency. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Technically & Analytically Savvy. You have hands-on experience creating campaigns, managing bids, and tracking performance in Google AdWords (or bid management platform). You also have strong Excel skills and are AdWords certified. Tableau skills and experience with DoubleClick Search & Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Curious & Creative. You are always thinking of campaign optimizations to implement that will improve performance.
  • Detail Oriented. Nothing slips through the cracks with you. You have a clear organizational system, and you strive to effectively address all aspects of a project.
  • Multi-Tasker. You have strong project management skills and fanatical attention to detail.
